Job Summary of Warehouse Inventory Loader:

A Warehouse Inventory Loader is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Inventory Loader ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Inventory Loader:

• Mandatory to be able to execute tasks with or without reasonable assistance.
• Ensures timely and precise fulfillment of store orders through efficient stock selection and receipt.
• Relocates goods around the warehouse following the prescribed procedures for product handling.
• Organizes and loads products with a strategic approach for shipping and unloads incoming deliveries from trucks or back-hauls.
• Engages in general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse aesthetics and safety standards.
• Participates in the inventory counting activities in the warehouse in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintains effective cooperation and communication with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through continuous exchange of information.
• Provides insights on changes to optimize warehouse processes.
• Reviews items for quality assurance and engages with warehouse leadership on issues pertaining to product integrity, safety, and cleanliness.
• Acts and makes choices independently within the specified scope of responsibility.
• Helps warehouse management meet their financial objectives.
• Executes every allocated duty with precision, effectiveness, and adherence to company regulations and protocols.
• Abides by the ergonomic program following set procedures.
• Performs job functions while operating equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Raises concerns to management about product quality, safety, and sanitation matters.
• Tasks outside the regular job description may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements:
• Frequently needed to lift and place items that are up to 45 pounds in weight onto pallets at different levels.
• Periodically move merchandise from warehouse stock and ready items for delivery to retail stores.
• Frequently necessitated to remain seated, standing, bending, reaching, holding, exerting force, pulling, lifting, conveying, and navigating throughout the warehouse setting.
• Adapt to different temperature conditions while performing tasks, encountering both hot and cold climates.
