Job Summary of Retail Lead Trainee:
As a trainee for the position of Retail Lead Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training covering all store operations to prepare for eventually managing your own store. Supervises the display of products and keeps track of stock levels by ordering products as required
- Executes store inventory checks and reconciliations in adherence to company protocols
Physical Demands of Retail Lead Trainee:
- Capability to organize items from shop delivery to placing them on shelves; capability to place items, with a maximum weight of 45 pounds, on shelves at different levels. Frequently needed to be seated, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, hoisting, carrying, and moving around the store. Should be capable of carrying out tasks with or without necessary adjustments.
Qualifications of Retail Lead Trainee:
