- Streamlining the process of selecting and receiving incoming inventory to efficiently fulfill store requests.
- The transfer of merchandise in the warehouse is carried out adhering to product handling regulations.
- Strategizes the placement and loading of products in an orderly manner to facilitate shipping and takes charge of unloading incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls.
- Executes routine cleaning assignments to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse premises and to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Complies with guidelines by conducting warehouse inventory counts.
- Effective cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is achieved through frequent exchanges of information and open lines of communication.
- Offers constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations.
- Reviews items, consults with the warehouse management to ensure product value, safety concerns, and sanitation issues are addressed.

- Supports the warehouse management team in reaching their financial targets.

- To be an effective warehouse worker, you must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking on a regular basis.
- Working in a role of this nature requires the capacity to operate in varying temperatures, ranging from warm to icy cold environments, regardless of whether it is occurring outdoors or inside a cooling unit.
- The ability to skillfully control heavy-duty machinery with caution is a critical requirement.
