- Assists the supervisor in accomplishing the store's payroll and total loss budget targets, performing inventory checks, and facilitating the training of new hires
- Supervises the team's daily activities, escalating problems to the relevant support or leadership level as and when required

Physical Demands of Shift Assistant Store Manager:
- Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights

Qualifications of Shift Assistant Store Manager:

- Candidates are preferred to have completed high school or attained an equivalent certification
- Three years of continuous growth in a retail setting
- Education and experience merging to offer the same level of understanding
- Preferred candidates will have a background in management
