Responsibilities of Warehouse Stock Handler:

• Expected to complete responsibilities with or without suitable modifications.
• Collaborates with team associates and relays necessary information to the supervisor in charge. Safeguards the confidentiality and security of records and data within their area of jurisdiction. Undertakes other duties as specified
• Providing input to management regarding products, inventory discrepancies, checkout mistakes, and overall concerns is a key duty of a cashier
• They adhere to merchandising planograms in order to craft well-presented displays that attract customers
• Manage the reception, unloading, and sorting of grocery deliveries in the storage facility or rear section.
• Organize grocery items in compliance with company policies on stocking shelves, coolers, and storage areas

Physical Demands of Warehouse Stock Handler:

• In the position of a Warehouse Stock Handler you will need to be prepared to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store as part of your daily responsibilities
• Skill in stocking items from store receiving to shelving; proficiency in placing products on shelves at different heights, which can weigh up to 45 pounds

Qualifications of Warehouse Stock Handler:

• To be eligible, individuals must be 18 years or older
• Knack for offering quick and courteous customer service; Knack for completing general cleaning duties in line with company standards
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures Excellent verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the company's offerings
• Competency in running a cash register efficiently and accurately Cashier: Following state and local regulations for the correct handling and sale of alcoholic beverages Stocker: Skill in safely and correctly using equipment like electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers
• To meet store operational needs, ALDI stockers should be accessible in the morning and be prepared for early shifts starting at 5:00 a.m.
• ALDI prefers candidates with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with prior experience in retail roles. An amalgamation of education and practical exposure is recognized as providing comparable knowledge, according to the company
