Responsibilities of Grocery Store Associate:

• Team members may perform different roles within the store, including cashiering, inventory management, and assisting with various store functions as required.
• Some locations may also offer shift differential pay for early morning stocking shifts. Employees are responsible for scanning items quickly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading pallets, operating pallet jacks, cleaning store areas, assisting customers with questions, and helping maintain ALDI store efficiency standards.
• In order to meet expectations at ALDI, employees must demonstrate efficient work practices, adhere to company procedures, and be prepared to offer their assistance in various parts of the store.
