- Establishes and amends daily work timetables based on the warehouse's demands.
- Directs and coordinates the tasks and job activities of direct reports on a regular basis, along with the timing and location of those tasks.
- Controls the daily processes of receiving merchandise and managing the distribution of products to retail locations.
- Monitors the inbound and outbound delivery procedures to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Formulates plans to boost operating outcomes and ensures their successful execution.
- Introduces and communicates work obligations and expected accomplishments to their immediate staff to ensure cooperation and desired end-results.

- Correspondence with District Managers and store management will be conducted whenever necessary.
- Presents recommendations to the Warehouse Operations Manager on how to improve the efficiency and productivity of the warehouse operations.
- The job requires monitoring each service provider's performance in the warehouse to ensure it meets the standards.
- Ensures that the internal carrier is informed of any changes or modifications to the daily itinerary.
- Monitors closely the competitive climate in the community and advises the management on the alterations needed to retain the company's competitive edge.
- Identify staff members who deserve to be elevated and those who need to be let go.
- Tackles warehouse challenges, escalates them appropriately, and refers them to appropriate team members, external entities or top management; always sticks to the established standards to provide fair treatment to the work staff.
- Monitors the performance of warehouse personnel to ensure that all operations are undertaken proficiently.
- Manages, coordinates, and leads frequent assemblies for Warehouse Associates.
- Works closely with direct reports to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Evaluates and observes the work of personnel, giving constructive comments and support when needed. An annual review of performance is also undertaken.
- Manage the timeliness, precision and efficacy of storing equipment, supplies and products.
- Supervises the warehouse teams to guarantee they abide by food safety, sanitation, maintenance, and safety procedures and regulations.
- Monitors overseas warehouse personnel to ensure they are following federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitors and regulates variable expenses; generates applicable stock and effectiveness reviews and enacts adjustments to personnel salaries if needed.
- Promoting safety by identifying risks and taking corrective action, implementing ergonomic principles, and maintaining well-functioning equipment.
- Guides and directs direct subordinates to ensure they observe the prescribed policies and procedures, encompassing, but not restricted to, the Employee Handbook and Procedures Manuals.

Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or its equivalent is the preferred qualification.

- Being on your feet is a given in this role, as the task calls for frequently switching between sitting, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking to get the job done.
