Responsibilities:

An individual is expected to undertake their duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Optimizing the process of receiving and selecting incoming stock to fulfill orders from outlets.
• Guidelines for product handling are followed while transferring goods within the warehouse.
• Organizes and arranges goods with a strategic approach for dispatch, also receiving incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls and unloading them.
• Executes cleaning tasks to achieve the assigned cleaning objectives, using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques for optimum results.
• Complies with guidelines by conducting warehouse inventory counts.
• This individual prioritizes cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, utilizing ongoing communication and information exchange to achieve success.
• Provides valuable feedback to warehouse management on process optimization.
• Reviews items, consults with the warehouse management to ensure product value, safety concerns, and sanitation issues are addressed.
• Exercises independent judgment and action within the authorized domain of accountability.
• Provides assistance to warehouse management in the realization of their budgetary goals.
• Executes all designated tasks with attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and protocols.
• Executes the ergonomic program with meticulous adherence to the established procedures.
• Adheres to safety procedures while using equipment for essential job functions.
• Brings to the management's attention any issues regarding the quality of the product, safety risks, and sanitation problems.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• One of the job responsibilities includes frequently handling and arranging products that can weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets of varying heights.
• Routinely transport stock from the inventory room and organize items for transportation to retail stores.
• Those working in the warehouse must possess the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk regularly.
• Working in a role of this nature requires the capacity to operate in varying temperatures, ranging from warm to icy cold environments, regardless of whether it is occurring outdoors or inside a cooling unit.
• The capability to operate powered industrial machinery with caution and accuracy is necessary.
