Job Summary of Stock Processor:

Our store employees work many roles - from store associate to cashier to stocker - while providing excellent customer service. As a Stock Processor, you're also responsible for merchandising product, monitoring inventory and keeping the store looking its best. Responsibilities of Stock Processor:

• Required to fulfill job duties with or without necessary accommodations.
• Consistently showcase the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in alignment with the role specifications.
• Removes contents from packages and stocks shelves with received merchandise
• Administers the organization of recently received inventory; confirms items are channeled correctly
• Clears and dismantles hollow containers
• Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
• Engages in team collaboration and ensures clear communication with the immediate supervisor
• Maintains the confidentiality and security of documents and data within their specified responsibility
• Other responsibilities may be allocated as necessary

Qualifications of Stock Processor:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is the desired qualification
• Applicants with retail work history are encouraged to apply
• Combining education and experience to achieve an equivalent level of knowledge
• Individuals looking to work at ALDI must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for the role
• Swift and precise product picking process
• The expertise in safely and accurately operating powered industrial equipment
• Pays careful attention to specifics and follows directives diligently
• Mastering time management techniques leads to increased productivity
• Problem-solving skills

Physical Demands of Stock Processor:

• Consistently expected to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store location
• Competency in the logistical coordination of stocking merchandise, from store deliveries to shelf placement
• Skill in positioning items that weigh up to 45 pounds on shelves at different levels
