Responsibilities:
The ability to perform assigned duties and meet responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations, is expected.
- Coordinating the selection and receipt of incoming stock to improve order fulfillment for stores.
- Relocation of goods in the warehouse is executed according to product handling guidelines.
- Carefully and methodically places and categorizes merchandise in preparation for shipping, and receives incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls through thorough unloading.
- Executes cleaning tasks to achieve the assigned cleaning objectives, using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques for optimum results.
- Adheres to protocol by conducting inventory counts of warehouse items.
- Effective cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is achieved through frequent exchanges of information and open lines of communication.
- Suggests modifications to the warehouse management process for better efficiency.
- Examines merchandise, confers with warehouse leadership on product worth, security anxieties, and hygienic problems.
- Exercises independent judgment and action within the authorized domain of accountability.
- Assists in meeting the financial goals set by warehouse management.
- Attends to all designated obligations with precision, efficacy, and accordance with company protocols and procedures.
- Executes the ergonomic program with meticulous adherence to the established procedures.
