Year 2 - $19.00 Year 3 - $19.50 Year 4 - $19.50 Year 5 - $20.50Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members and communicate key information to your leader.Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data in your area.Perform additional duties as needed.Cashier Responsibilities:Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise displays to perfection.Provide exceptional service, assisting customers to enhance their shopping experience.Give feedback to management concerning products, scanning errors, inventory losses, and other issues.Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize loss.Stocker Responsibilities:Stock and organize shelves while rotating products to keep them fresh for customers.Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays.Manage new inventory effectively and dispose of empty boxes properly.Operate machinery safely following all safety protocols.Physical Demands:Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and maintain mobility throughout the store.Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and place products on shelves at various heights.Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older.Outstanding customer service skills.Ability to uphold cleanliness to company standards.Understand and apply company policies and procedures.Excellent verbal communication skills.Proficient in working independently and in teams.Strong time management skills.Familiarity with company products and services.Additional Requirements for Cashier:Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.Must comply with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.Additional Requirements for Stocker:Able to operate equipment safely, including electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.Morning availability is required with potential start times as early as 5:00 a.m.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior retail experience is a plus.Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is acceptable.ALDI offers
