Job Summary of Warehouse Inventory Worker:

A Warehouse Inventory Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Inventory Worker ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Inventory Worker:

• Mandatory to be able to execute tasks with or without reasonable assistance.
• Manages stock selection and reception to promptly fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates goods around the warehouse following the prescribed procedures for product handling.
• Systematically prepares and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Executes cleaning responsibilities to ensure warehouse cleanliness meets safety guidelines.
• Participates in the inventory tally process in the warehouse according to the guidelines provided.
• Demonstrates effective interaction and communication with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing information sharing.
• Provides feedback on ways to enhance warehouse processes.
• Examines the quality of items and discusses with warehouse management about product excellence, safety measures, and hygiene considerations.
• Executes tasks and exercises autonomy within the given scope of responsibility.
• Assists in reaching the desired financial outcomes for warehouse management.
• Handles all designated responsibilities with accuracy, efficiency, and in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Abides by the ergonomic program according to specified protocols.
• Operates machinery safely while completing essential job responsibilities.
• Flags any potential problems with product quality, safety, and sanitation for management intervention.

• Frequently expected to handle and stack items that weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets at varying levels.
• Consistently shift merchandise from warehouse stock and ready products for transportation to stores.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and move around the warehouse area.
• Navigate through temperature differences during work duties, alternating between hot and cold surroundings.
