Part-Time Warehouse Team Member - 1st Shift

Year 2 - $26.00, Year 3 - $26.75, Year 4 - $26.75, Year 5 - $27.75Duties and Responsibilities:- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipping; unload incoming shipments.- Maintain cleanliness and achieve warehouse appearance standards.- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.- Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership through ongoing communication.- Provide feedback to management on process improvements.- Inspect products and report quality or safety concerns.- Act independently within your scope of responsibility.- Assist management in achieving budget goals.- Complete all tasks accurately and within company policies.- Follow established ergonomic procedures.- Safely operate equipment as required.- Report any product quality or safety concerns.Job Qualifications:- Must be 18 years of age or older.- Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and integrity of work.- Supports a collaborative team environment.- Adapts positively to challenges and changes.- Proactively takes actions to improve results.- Stays organized and complies with standards for productivity.Job-Specific Competencies:- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical Requirements:- Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.- Move merchandise for store deliveries.- Conduct various physical activities like sitting, standing, bending, and walking.- Work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.ALDI offers
