Job Summary of Merchandise Stocking Associate:

ALDI is looking to hire a Merchandise Stocking Associate for their grocery store to fill a position as a Stocker to run daily store operations in a high volume grocery store setting. Associates will operate the cash register, help customers, stock shelves, unload deliveries, organize merchandise, clean the store, and help ensure store presentation standards. Staff can work across a number of roles within the store for example, cashier, stocking and general store support. Shift differentials may also be available for early morning stocking shifts at some of these workplaces.

Responsibilities of Merchandise Stocking Associate:

Employees are responsible for scanning items quickly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading pallets, operating pallet jacks, cleaning store areas, assisting customers with questions, and helping maintain ALDI store efficiency standards.
ALDI employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed.
Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise.
Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
