Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00, Year 3 - $19.50, Year 4 - $19.50, Year 5 - $20.50 Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your supervisor.
Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area.
Perform other duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities:
Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
Provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines. Stocker Responsibilities:
Properly stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
Follow merchandising planograms to create appealing displays.
Organize new inventory and manage empty boxes.
Operate machinery and adhere to all safety procedures. Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and move throughout the store.
Must be able to stock merchandise, placing products of up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights. Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
Capability to comply with company cleaning standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills.
Knowledge of products and services offered by the company. Special Requirements:
Cashiers must operate a register efficiently and comply with state and local regulations for selling alcohol.
Stockers must have morning availability to support operational needs and may start as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail experience preferred.
