Responsibilities:

The ability to perform assigned duties and meet responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations, is expected.

• Improving the efficiency of stock selection and reception to enhance the fulfilment of store orders.
• The warehouse team relocates merchandise utilizing guidelines for product handling procedures.
• Carefully strategizes the loading and arrangement of merchandise to be shipped, while also unloading delivery from trucks or back-hauls with precision.
• Undertakes cleaning assignments that aim to achieve high standards of cleanliness for a healthy and safe working environment in the warehouse.
• Follows specified procedures in conducting inventory counts of warehouse items.
• By actively engaging in communication and information sharing, this individual successfully collaborates with their peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides guidance to warehouse management on enhancing processes to improve profitability.
• Inspects goods, talks with the warehouse management regarding merchandise quality, potential dangers, and cleanliness concerns.
• Assumes independent action and responsibility for decisions made within the authorized scope of responsibility.
• Plays a role in supporting warehouse management to achieve their budgeted goals.
• Completes all given tasks with precision, proficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Implements the ergonomic program methodically in accordance with the established procedures.
• Conducts necessary job activities whilst prioritizing safety measures and operating designated equipment.
• Reports any problems related to product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues to the responsible management team.

• Often move merchandise from the warehouse and get it ready for transportation to various stores.
• Warehouse work necessitates physical activity such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking, which the employees must be able to execute regularly.
• This job necessitates one to function competently in divergent temperatures encompassing outdoor atmospheres, as well as refrigeration and freezer environments that can vary from extremely frigid to sweltering.
• The technique to handle powered industrial equipment with safety measures into consideration is a key competency.
