Job Summary of Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist:

A Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist:

• Critical to be able to fulfill duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ensures timely and precise fulfillment of store orders through efficient stock selection and receipt.
• Moves inventory within the storage space based on the guidelines for handling merchandise.
• Arranges and loads goods methodically for shipping and unloads incoming deliveries from trucks or back-hauls.
• Completes general cleaning duties in adherence to warehouse appearance standards and safety protocols.
• Engages in the practice of taking warehouse inventory counts following the designated procedures.
• Engages in productive communication and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management to facilitate the exchange of information.
• Assists in making modifications to optimize warehouse management.
• Conducts inspections on products and collaborates with warehouse management to address concerns related to product quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Performs duties and decides independently within the defined area of delegated authority.
• Helps warehouse management to achieve their budgeted objectives.
• Executes all allocated tasks accurately, proficiently, and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Complies with the ergonomic program by adhering to established procedures.
• Adheres to safety guidelines when using equipment in the performance of essential job functions.
• Highlights any issues regarding product quality, safety, and sanitation to management.
• Additional assignments may be warranted as part of the job requirements.

• Regularly needed to lift and position merchandise that is up to 45 pounds in weight onto pallets at different altitudes.
• Regularly transfer items from warehouse supplies and organize merchandise for dispatch to retail locations.
• Regularly needed to be seated, standing, bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking within the warehouse setting.
• Function effectively in environments where temperatures vary, spanning from hot to cold temperatures.
