A Warehouse Equipment Handler is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Equipment Handler ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Equipment Handler:

• Essential requirement to perform responsibilities with or without necessary support.
• Engages in the efficient selection and receipt of incoming stock to effectively meet store order needs.
• Repositions inventory within the storage facility in accordance with the specified rules for handling goods.
• Organizes and loads products with a strategic approach for shipping and unloads incoming deliveries from trucks or back-hauls.
• Carries out routine cleaning tasks to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Takes part in the task of conducting inventory counts in the warehouse as directed.
• Collaborates and communicates efficiently with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse management to ensure a continuous exchange of information.
• Offers guidance on improving warehouse management systems.
• Assesses product quality and communicates with warehouse administrators regarding safety protocols and sanitation conditions.
• Operates and decides autonomously within the prescribed realm of authority.
• Supports the fulfillment of budgeted targets for warehouse management.
• Manages all assigned tasks accurately, effectively, and within the confines of company policy and procedures.
• Executes the ergonomic program following predetermined procedures.
• Ensures safety compliance when using equipment to perform necessary job functions.
• Advises management on matters concerning product quality, safety, and sanitation.

• Often required to move and place products weighing up to 45 pounds onto pallets at various heights.

• Regularly expected to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate around the warehouse location.
• Adapt to different temperature conditions while performing tasks, encountering both hot and cold climates.
