Job Summary of Warehouse Representative:
A Warehouse Representative is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Associates ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities of Warehouse Representative:
- Critical to be able to fulfill duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Manages stock selection and reception to promptly fulfill orders from stores.
- Repositions inventory within the storage facility in accordance with the specified rules for handling goods.
- Efficiently sorts, organizes, and loads goods for shipment while unloading incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls.
- Performs standard cleaning activities to achieve warehouse appearance expectations and safety measures.
- Takes part in the inventory counting process in the warehouse following prescribed protocols.
- Establishes strong partnerships and communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management through ongoing interactions and information sharing.
- Gives input on enhancing warehouse management procedures.
- Conducts product inspections and collaborates with warehouse administrators on matters related to product excellence, safety considerations, and hygiene matters.
- Operates and makes decisions autonomously within the assigned sphere of authority.
- Supports warehouse management to reach their budget targets.
- Accomplishes all given assignments with accuracy, proficiency, and in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Executes the ergonomic program as outlined in the established guidelines.
- Carries out essential job functions by operating equipment with adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicates with management regarding concerns about product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications of Warehouse Representative:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements:
- Consistently expected to handle and stack products that weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets at various heights.
- Repeatedly relocate products from warehouse supplies and organize items for shipment to stores.
- Regularly expected to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate around the warehouse location.
- Navigate through temperature differences during work duties, alternating between hot and cold surroundings.
