Year 2 - $20.00, Year 3 - $20.50, Year 4 - $20.50, Year 5 - $21.50Duties and Responsibilities:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:Processing customer purchases swiftly and accuratelyKeeping the store clean and organized by performing general cleaning dutiesStocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays for an appealing shopping environmentProviding outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experienceCollaborating effectively with team members and clearly communicating with the management teamReporting feedback and issues regarding products, inventory, and general store operationsParticipating in inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levelsAdhering to cash policies to minimize lossesFollowing company policies and maintaining the security and confidentiality of company documentsCompleting other tasks as assignedPhysical Demands:This role requires physical ability to:Stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelves, with an ability to lift products weighing up to 45 poundsPerform tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and walking throughout the storeQualifications:We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:Aged 18 years or olderStrong customer service skills, providing prompt and courteous serviceAbility to operate cash registers efficientlyKnowledge to safely operate store equipmentCapability to maintain cleanliness according to company standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive both independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMeet any relevant state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beveragesEducation and Experience:Preferred qualifications include:High School Diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a retail environmentA combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledgeAt ALDI, we offer
