Responsibilities of Store Stocker:

• Capable of fulfilling responsibilities with or without appropriate modifications.
• Showcase the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently as described for the role requirements.
• Empties and arranges merchandise while replenishing shelves with newly delivered inventory
• Manages the arrival of new inventory; verifies correct placement within the inventory system
• Clears away and disassembles unused containers
• Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
• Engages in teamwork and conveys pertinent details to the team leader effectively
• Maintains the protection and privacy of documents and data under their jurisdiction
• Tasks beyond the usual scope of work may be assigned

Qualifications of Store Stocker:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
• Selects products efficiently and accurately
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
• Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
• Effective time management; maximizes productivity
• Problem-solving skills

Physical Demands of Store Stocker:

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving
• Ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
