Job Summary of Warehouse Stacker:

A Warehouse Stacker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. These tasks may include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Warehouse Stacker ensure the accurate handling and timely movement of goods, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Stacker:

• Vital to be able to carry out duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Facilitates the fulfillment of store orders by efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock.
• Reorganizes merchandise in the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Efficiently sorts, organizes, and loads goods for shipment while unloading incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls.
• Engages in general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse aesthetics and safety standards.
• Engages in carrying out warehouse inventory checks following specific instructions.
• Engages in effective interactions and communication with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to facilitate the exchange of information.
• Assists in implementing changes to enhance warehouse management efficiency.
• Checks product conditions and consults with warehouse management on topics such as product quality, safety measures, and sanitation standards.
• Engages in actions and independently determines courses of action within the allocated responsibility.
• Aids in achieving the budgeted goals set by warehouse management.
• Completes all prescribed duties with accuracy, efficiency, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Implements the ergonomic program as per established methods.
• Executes essential job functions while following safety regulations for equipment operation.
• Brings to the attention of management any issues related to product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Additional responsibilities may be given as required.

Qualifications of Warehouse Stacker:

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements:
• Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).
